TEHRAN, Feb. 19 (Xinhua) -- Iran traded 89,066 tons of non-oil commodities worth 148.22 million U.S. dollars with Australia during the first 10 months of the current Iranian fiscal year (March 21, 2018-Jan. 20, 2019), Eghtesadonline news website reported on Tuesday.
The figures registered 86.46 percent rise in weight and 26.02 growth in value compared with last year's corresponding period.
Iran's exports to Australia stood at 13,143 tons worth 29.12 million U.S. dollars.
Iran mainly exported floorings, dates, pistachios, polystyrene and alabaster to Australia during the 10-month period.
Australia exported 75,923 tons of goods worth 119.1 million U.S. dollars to Iran.
Iran's imports mainly included mutton, coal, machinery and pod vegetables.
